For U.K. Mainland destinations: Your order will be dispatched via Evri Tracked (2 to 3 working day service) from our business location in Gloucester (GL1) U.K.
For the Highlands, Islands, and other U.K. destinations: Your order will be dispatched via Evri Tracked, or another tracked courier. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. We estimate 5 to 7 working days transit time in most cases.
For International Destinations: Your order will be dispatched via Evri Tracked, or another tracked courier. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and customs regulations in your country. Please allow up to 14 working days transit time in most cases.
Returns Accepted – 14 Days
If you change your mind about a purchase you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund of what you paid for the item(s). We accept returns up to 14 days from the customer’s receipt of goods. In order to ensure the return of goods to our care, please return the goods via a tracked postage method and communicate the tracking number to us. Goods must be unused, undamaged and returned in original packaging with all accompanying materials. Return postage of returned items is to be paid by the buyer to our posting address. Please allow 5 business days to process your refund, after which you will be contacted to confirm your return has been processed.
Returns Exception – Cut Hose and Cable Lengths
Hose and cable sold by the meter are cut from a reel. Therefore no returns of hose or cable cut to any length specified by the customer can be accepted.
