Design is our craft

Welcome to the workshop! We design and produce our own line of original products from our design studio in Gloucestershire. Every step of the process is informed by challenges we encountered with live-in vehicles, and our personal experience with vehicle conversions. From boats and motorhomes to off-grid setups, our kits and components have been tested for reliability, durability and ease-of-installation by many hundreds of DIY'ers - with excellent user feedback.

Customer Review: "Excellent service, very quick delivery, and a tidy product. As an engineer myself, I compliment the team on such a neat product. Very Many Thanks."
Customer Review: "Excellent item very easy to install and works remarkably well for its size and power usage, would highly recommend."
Customer Review: "Great item with good finish and perfect drawings to check for fitment etc."

How things started

The journey of every product's development begins with a problem - or in other words - a solution that doesn't exist yet. Our journey began on a Dutch Barge named Senja. In the course of converting her from tulip barge to live-aboard, we found a real lack of suitable components for small space ventilation. Vardo Systems was the result of our innovation - a set of integrating components adaptable to a wide range of applications.

Production method

We maintain complete control of our production process by manufacturing all of our components in-house using additive (3D printing) technology to exacting standards. This allows us to produce niche products without committing to mass production, while ensuring the quality of each item that leaves our doors is top notch.
